What are the factors that affect the fatigue aging of rubber bands?

The fatigue resistance of the rubber band refers to the number of periodic deformation experienced by the commonly used sample when it is damaged or the maximum expression value of the corresponding stress amplitude when the sample is damaged in the predetermined number of deformation cycles, the former is also called fatigue durability, and the latter is called fatigue strength.
The main influencing factors are as follows.

Factor one: stress-strain and mechanical properties, the fatigue resistance of rubber bands is closely related to the stress-strain characteristics of rubber and some mechanical properties of rubber.
There is a minimum critical deformation value for rubber band vulcanization fatigue aging, and the critical deformation value of natural rubber band vulcanization is about 70%-80%.
When the fatigue resistance threshold is less than this value, it is not easy to increase the crack mouth, so that the fatigue durability is very high.

Factor two: different varieties of rubber, its fatigue resistance durability is also different, the general rubber band vulcanization process is sulfur vulcanized rubber, sulfur vulcanized rubber under compression and tensile deformation of fatigue durability, natural rubber fatigue resistance is 4%, tensile degree of 30%.
