32 head rubber band adhesive machine glory debut, production capacity broke a new high

This 32-head automatic rubber band jointless adhesive machine was officially put into market use in August 2020, independently developed by Zoomlea Automation Company. This equipment is upgraded and improved on the basis of the 20-head rubber band jointless adhesive machine, and the production capacity (small line special machine) is increased from 20 pieces every 6 seconds to 32 pieces every 5 seconds.

From the production of 12,000 pieces per hour to 23,000 pieces per hour, the output per hour is nearly twice that of the 20 models, breaking through the record high production capacity.

The machine adopts servo motor as the main driving form, the equipment is high precision, the maximum realization of parameter control, simple and convenient operation, more stable, convenient, effective, fast, suitable for ordinary wire, high elastic wire, good leather wire, nylon wire, ingots, bright silk wire, twist wire and other wire.

It is widely used in the jointless cutting viscose processing and production industry such as round thread/round band rubber band and head rope elastic band.
